With a passion for the seafood industry and the marine environment, Ray offers practical skills and experience in this area. Since starting with RDS Partners in 2007, Ray’s project focus has broadened to include the food processing and agriculture sectors, and the people and communities who work within them.
At RDS Partners, Ray is instrumental in the delivery of Executive Services to the Allergen Bureau and Oysters Tasmania, including organising committee members, representation, reporting, event planning, research, analysis and evaluation.
Rays works confidently and effectively alongside a wide variety of people and is just as comfortable talking with the crew on a fishing boat, as he is with the business managers or senior politicians.
Ray’s ability to extract and present information from scientific literature and data sets (including ABS data) are often pivotal for projects ranging across our agricultural, seafood and community development interests.
With strong project management skills, Ray provides an objective voice in project discussions – identifying the key issues, objectives and tasks in your project. Work alongside Ray for a short period of time and you will quickly notice his vibrant and cheerful personality and focus on what you need to get done.
